Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Behavioral Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

 The Administrative Assistant at Pathways Mentorship will provide essential support by handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, managing phone and email communications, and assisting with program documentation.

In addition, this role includes supporting event planning, managing office supplies, assisting the leadership team with various projects, and contributing to human resources, program management, personal assistant duties, and bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
