Code of Ethics for Pathways Mentorship Consulting Firm, LLC for the United States of America

Pathways Mentorship, LLC is committed to providing high-quality, ethical mentoring, counseling, and mental health therapy services. This Code of Ethics outlines the standards and principles all Pathways Mentorship, LLC staff members must adhere to in the United States. 

1. Integrity and Professionalism

Pathways Mentorship, LLC's primary values are honesty, integrity, and professional conduct. We will always maintain the highest standards of professional conduct in our interactions with clients, stakeholders, and the community we serve.

2. Confidentiality and Privacy

Pathways Mentorship, LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. We will protect our client's personal and protected health information per federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Pathways Mentorship, LLC will maintain client confidentiality and privacy in accordance with professional, ethical guidelines, state and federal laws, and regulations that apply. Client information can only be disclosed with the client's informed consent, except as state and federal laws require. 

3. Respect for Diversity

Pathways Mentorship, LLC values diversity and respects the individual differences of our clients, staff, donors, and partners. We will strive to provide services that are culturally sensitive and respectful of diversity. Pathways Mentorship, LLC is committed to creating an inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equity, and accessibility. The organization strictly prohibits discrimination against any individual based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or any other personal characteristic. 4. Informed Consent

Pathways Mentorship, LLC will provide clients complete information regarding our services' purpose, risks, and benefits. We will obtain informed consent from clients before beginning any service or treatment. Pathways Mentorship, LLC will maintain client confidentiality and privacy in accordance with professional, ethical guidelines, state and federal laws, and regulations that apply. Client information can only be disclosed with the client's informed consent, except as state and federal laws require.

Pathways Mentorship, LLC is committed to providing high-quality services that meet the professional standards of our industry. Through ongoing training and development, we will maintain our professional competencies to ensure our services are current and influential.  Pathways Mentorship, LLC will retain and improve our professional knowledge and skill level to provide effective and ethical services to our clients. We shall maintain appropriate boundaries within the scope of our organization's objectives and our professional competence.
 

6. Duty to Protect

Pathways Mentorship, LLC has a duty to protect our clients from harm, including self-harm and harm from others. We will report suspected abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities and act to protect clients from damage to the best of our ability. Pathways Mentorship, LLC will responsibly safeguard clients from foreseeable, actual, or potential harm. Suppose we have any concerns regarding the possibility of clients causing self-harm or harm to others. In that case, we shall act appropriately to protect the clients and their families, colleagues, and third parties. 

7. Ethical Boundaries

Pathways Mentorship, LLC values ethical boundaries and professional relationships. We will maintain appropriate boundaries with our clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure the integrity of our services. Pathways Mentorship, LLC will maintain appropriate professional boundaries with our clients to ensure the effectiveness of our services. We strive to protect the integrity of our professional relationships, maintaining a professional demeanor within all interactions. 

8. Conflict of Interest

Pathways Mentorship, LLC will avoid conflicts of interest that may influence our professional judgment or harm our clients or stakeholders. We will disclose any conflicts of interest to our clients and stakeholders and take appropriate measures to address them. Pathways Mentorship, LLC ensures to avoid dual relationships that might interfere with our professional objectivity and the welfare of our clients. We shall not exploit relationships with clients for personal gain or other purposes. 

9. Professional Responsibility

Pathways Mentorship, LLC accepts responsibility for our professional conduct and the quality of our services. We will continuously self-examine to maintain our profession's high ethical standards. Pathways Mentorship, LLC is committed to ethical and professional conduct in all aspects of our operations, including administrative, financial, and clinical activities. We aim to maintain a reputation of trustworthiness, integrity, and professionalism in our community and to uphold public trust. 

Pathways Mentorship Consulting Firm, LLC is committed to the highest levels of ethical conduct in providing our counseling, mental health therapy, and mentoring services. Our Code of Ethics reflects our dedication to professionalism, confidentiality, competence, and the ethical practice of our profession. All Pathways Mentorship, LLC staff members are expected to adhere to this Code of Ethics. This Code of Ethics is binding for all Pathways Mentorship, LLC staff members. It reflects our commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct, integrity, and competence in providing mentoring, counseling, and mental health therapy services to clients in the United States. All staff members are expected to abide by these standards and guidelines.
